W02 - Highland Creek Walk

Take the TTC subway to Kennedy Station. Look for the Scarborough 86A bus. Get off at the bus stop across from Sister’s Eatery just after Morningside and Collinsgrove Rd.
Walk down the hill on Old Kingston Road and cross the bridge to the hike atarting point on the right (a large boulder marks the entrance). The bus ride is about 20 minutes.

From Downtown Toronto
Take the Don Valley Parkway North to Eglinton or Lawrence. Drive West and turn left onto Kingston Road. Follow Kingston Road past Morningside. Turn left at the stoplights at Fairwood Crescent. Then turn right almost immediately onto Kingston Road and drive downhill to the parking lot on the left just before the bridge over Highland Creek.

From the 401
Take Morningside Avenue South to Kingston Road. Turn left  onto Kingston Road. Careful: this is a busy intersection. Turn left at the stoplights at Fairwood Crescent. Then turn right almost immediately onto Kingston Road and drive downhill to the parking lot on the left just before the bridge over Highland Creek.

After the hike you may wish to enjoy a fine buffet style meal and refreshments at Sister’s Eatery nearby (see map).
