Discontinued the separate Topo maps begun last week in favour of a combined topo and trail map which we feel will be more useful to the hiker. We wanted to do this for a long time but the maps just became available.

Part of the Bert Lowe Side Trail has been rerouted and no longer goes around the most southerly part of Lake Gibson. Hike has been reduced in length to 26.7 km. All maps, profiles, logs etc have been updated to include these changes.

Two sections of this trail have been rerouted bringing the hike into the village of Palgrave. All maps, profiles, logs etc have been updated to include these changes. Hike length is increased by about 2 km to 18 km and 30 km return.

The northern section of this trail has been rerouted due to quarry expansion. Nassagaweya-Equesing Townline Road has been reopened up to where the Bruce Trail crosses and you may park there.
