ROUGE PARK ALLIANCE MEETS WITH PARKS CANADA

Read Mike Adler's article from Inside Toronto reporting on a positive meeting between Parks Canada and the Rouge Park Alliance. The Alliance is committed to having the Rouge designated a National Park. The original proposal has been modified to include only lands currently in or pledged to the Rouge Park, approximately 12,000 acres, leaving a decision to add federal lands to the park for some time in the future.
