Indian Falls

EUGENIA FALLS:

Take Hwy 427 N to 401 W. From 401 W take Hwy 410 N. Hwy 410 N becomes Heart Lake Rd. Turn left onto Olde BaseLine Rd. Turn right (north) on Hwy 10. Follow 10 past Orangeville to Hwy 89. Turn left onto Hwy 10/89. 
At Shelbourne turn right on Hwy 10

Follow Hwy 10 N to Flesherton. Turn right onto Hwy 4. Turn left onto CR-13. Drive 3.4 km north. Look for Pellisier St and the Eugenia Falls Emporium. Turn left into the Eugenia Falls CA parking lot. Follow footpath to Eugenia Falls.

 

HOGGS FALLS: Return to Hwy 4: turn right. Turn right on East Back Rd & then turn right on Lower Valley Road. Look for three yellow posts and park. Follow short trail to Hoggs Falls. Return to Hwy 4 & turn right.

McGOWAN FALLS: Once past CR-27 look for George St E on the right. Park to view the falls. Or if you wish to enter the Durham CA follow the map above. Drive past the gate and drive straight ahead. Look for a parking lot near the road loop by the falls as shown in the map above. Walk to the overpass bridge for a view of McGowan Falls.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

INGLIS FALLS: Leave McGowan Falls and continue to Hwy 6. Turn right onto Hwy 6 N. Hwy 6 joins Hwy 10  at a “Y” intersection at Chatsworth. At CR-18 turn left and watch for Inglis Falls entrance sign on right. Enter the parking lot; there may be a small parking fee depending on the season.

JONES FALLS: Exit Inglis turning right on CR-18. Soon CR-18 turns right. Follow CR-18 just past the intersection with Hwy 21. Turn into the parking lot on the right. Follow the footpath to Jones Falls.


INDIAN FALLS: Leaving Jones Falls turn right on CR-18 and then right on 13th St. Watch for Georgian Bay Route signs. Follow the scenic Georgian Bay Route from 2nd Avenue West to Grey Road 1. Look for the Indian Falls conservation area sign on the left. Park.

WALTER'S FALLS:

Leave Indian falls and return along CR-1.  At Hwy 21 turn left. Turn left onto Hwy 10 and then right onto Hwy 26. Turn right onto CR-18 which becomes CR-29 & drive to town of Walter’s Falls. Turn left on Front St. Park by the large, new resort hotel. You are at Walter’s Falls.

Leaving the Falls keep South on CR-29 which leads into Hwy 10 South. Follow HWY 10 South through Orangeville and return the way you came.

For Road Map Directions, Search & Print

Click on the green hiker icon on the road map for directions, nearby search and more.

To print out a Google Road Map, there are two methods:
Method A
) 1) Viewing the road map, click on the green hiker icon 2) In the window, click on Directions, 3) Click on the printer icon under the Google logo, 4) Click on the blue "Print" button and click Ok.
Method B) Use a screen capture program like Faststone Capture 5.3. A free safe version of Faststone Capture is available here. Select the 1380 kb version. Download and click file to install. Set output to printer and use dotted rectangle to draw an outline around the map to be printed. Then select "Print". Done. Very handy for lots of things. Can also be installed in Win 7 in XP mode.
For Macintosh computers, press Command-Shift-4.  A cross-hair cursor will appear and you can click and drag to select the area you wish to capture. When you release the mouse button, the screen shot will be automatically saved as a PNG file on your desktop. (The file is saved as PDF in Mac OS 10.3 and earlier.) Then print out this file.
